R&D Network

The Ressearch & Development (R&D) Network is a newly formed network, which is directed at development and construction managers from member companies that supply components to both onshore and offshore wind turbines.

The primary focus of the network is to create a technological head start and to reduce the levelized cost of energy (LCoE) across the value chain by working with themes such as: development, construction and material and system delivery.
The R&D network meets around 3-4 times a year, and the participating companies takes turn hosting the meetings. Participation in the network costs 5000 DKK yearly, and it is possible to enter two participants from each member company (when entering two participants, the second participant will get 50% of the price). You must be a member of DWIA to enter the network. It is possible to participate as a guest one time for free. The network is open to all members of DWIA and therefore it is possible that meetings with competing companies participating on equal terms can occur.
