Talent Awards
Do you have employees that are part of the Danish talent mass?
If your company is a place with thriving talents, then DWIA’s Talent Award is an excellent opportunity to ‘push’ these talents even further in the right direction. Recommend one or more employees who are doing an extraordinary effort in the company and help contribute to the employees’ next career step. The winners of the Talent Awards will receive a leadership development course at the Danish Centre for Leadership.
A jury will single out the most suitable candidates, to a total of six candidates divided on the two categories – the candidates will be portrayed in the weeks leading up to DWIA’s annual meeting, where the winner will be announced.
