The cause of the error could also be that your browser is too
old (from 1998 or earlier)
To view the web site you need:
1) Netscape version 4 or
2) Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5 (or 4) to view the pages.
It is possible that one of the browsers is already installed
on your computer.
If you do not have any of the applications:
You can download Microsoft
Internet Explorer version 5 by clicking here. Once you have
downloaded the application you need to install it.
You can download Netscape
version 4 by clicking here. Once you have downloaded the
application you need to install it. Note: Do not
download Netscape version 6. It is brand new, but unfortunately
full of errors so it will not work.
Note: To download the applications, your computer has to be
connected to the Internet.
