| First gear That is right, it is easy getting up the hill in the first gear. Even though you pedal very fast, you move slowly forward. But it does not feel like a lot of work. What happens if you change gears? |

| Second gear Ouch, it takes a lot of hard work getting up the hill in the second gear. You do not have to pedal as fast as when you are using the first gear. But it is tough. Try changing gears |

| Top gear Hey, you are going uphill – not downhill! It is virtually impossible to go uphill using the top gear. Only professional cyclists can climb a steep hill in the top gear. Change gears! |
